Can happen when you have a large sample size. It"s stat sig b/c there is a diff in numbers but not clinically sig b/c amount of pt"s w/ adr is not damaging to the pt. No stat diff btwn drugs w/ good sample size. Clinically important b/c it tells us that the drugs are interchangeable. Lose a lot of pts not a big enough sample for stat.
