Ache: enzyme found in the synaptic cleft and catalyzes the hydrolysis of ach to choline and acetate. Enzymes: biological catalysts that speed up biochemical rates, give reactions extra energy to boost them over activation energy barriers. Fold again so that acidic and basic side chains are on outside surface. Fold again so that polar side chains are on outside surface. Fold protein again so that two cysteine side chains are opposite each other on inside of the protein.
