Wages go up (because people are dying less competition) At the beginning there is a price drop (supply and demand) When prices skyrocket the king mandates that prices shouldn"t increase. Serfdom people tied to the land. Suddenly peasants have more worth, and nobles are dependent on them to have food and services . Price control helps prevent sin: power dynamic switch, price gouging = sinful (charging for profit"s sake) Kingdoms are inherited . some people aren"t fit for the throne. Peasants have not rebelled against god so why are they serfs: they give biblical support to explain their position.
