Puppets- slam box with toy or help open it (right from wrong) 3 quarters of babies choose nice puppet: show preference for nice people over mean people, chose punishment for ones that did wrong. Babies like the animals that chose similar food to them: and they chose harm to animal that didn"t pick the same. Initial moral sense built in but they prefer those like themselves babies are born to like those similar. World broken up into us vs them. Older kids who learned right from wrong, chose to be generous compared to younger. Close emotional bonds of affection that develop between infants and caregivers.
