Private internet companies have the right to regulate content on their platforms, but not the responsibility to do so. Currently, conservatives are trying to abolish section 230. Lecture 1: mass media, democracy, & regulation. The laws and guidelines that influence the way media companies produce, distribute, or exhibit materials for audiences.
