It will be tightly organized with a center core designed as the garden surrounded by the town hall, theatre, library, museum, hospital, and concert town. Radiating out from the central core will be a central park. Surrounding the central park is crystal palace glassed-in arcade (shopping area) Beyond the crystal palace there would be the residential neighborhoods all within a grid based street system.
