It would occupy 1,000 acres surrounded by an agricultural belt consisting of 5,000 acres principally for farming and forest preservation but also including related uses such as agricultural colleges. It will be tightly organized with a center core designed as the garden surrounded by the town hall, theatre, library, museum, hospital, and concert town. Radiating out from the central core will be a central park. Surrounding the central park is crystal palace glassed-in arcade (shopping area) Beyond the crystal palace there would be the residential neighborhoods all within a grid based street system.
