First picture is similar to the first page"s pictures. Children don"t know what"s really going on. Children are being manipulated (giving them the key-they"re also very young) The age to leave the country is 13. So young because they already lost so many adults males and they need to keep some. We ourselves might not be aware of things that may be so subtle to our everyday lives. Disturbing because one picture is children blowing up and the other is people partying. When you realize how much your parents have done for you. In this moment she thinks she"s an adult. Her parents have protected her until now and now they just don"t protect her ( the wine ) Attention and protection is not there; only there to reprimand her anymore. What she was getting in trouble for (not just the cigarette) marked her. Might have started when her mom made her go to the demonstration about protecting women"s rights.
