Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (cah): genetic xx female internal sex structures, and masculinized external genitalia, excess amounts of androgens. Androgen-insensitivity syndrome (ais): genetic xy, vaginal opening, undescended testes. Partial androgen-insensitivity syndrome (pais): single x, develop masculinized external genitalia, raised as both boys and girls. Complete androgen-insensitivity syndrome (cais): external female genitals, lacking developed internal organs. Dominican republic syndrome: enzyme disorder, testes and internal male reproductive genitalia, external genitalia often looks like female genitalia, during puberty their testes descended, voice deepens, clitoris expands to a penis. But was enough to get a name. About 16 of them transition into a male the remaining stayed.
