Group Work  Session 7. 3 logs. Turn in logs hand in and offer feedback Group work­ goal directed activity with small treatment and task groups aimed at  meeting socioemotional needs and accomplishing tasks. This activity is directed to  individual members of a group and to the group as a whole within a system of service  delivery.  The deliberate use of intervention strategies and group processes to accomplish  individual, groups, and community goals. Provides informal and formal structures through which relationships with significant  others are carried out. Can help members develop leadership skills. They contribute to  learning about acceptable norms and social behavior.  What are the stages of groups?
