▪ Controls most of the wealth
▪ Older generation more active than ever
o Just Enough for the City
▪ Populations centers in the US were once focused on mainly rural areas
• Dramatic shift to more urban areas
• Decline of cities led to suburbs becoming more popular

• Places beyond the suburbs. People willing to live further from
cities for increased quality of life
• Focus has returned to cities
▪ Families want recreation and leisure space. High monetary value
▪ The New View – Leisure and recreation has led a resurgence and
revitalization of urban areas
