Mechanical obstruction > polyps, nasal septal deviation, and hypertrophy of nasal turbinate or sinus tumors. Clinical manifestations = nasal itching, sneezing, nasal congestion, and rhinorrhea > runny nose, which is excessive nasal drainage.
