Aggressive patrol (proactive policing) - more of cers per designation: more deterrent effect policing will help, technique to scare away people from committing crime in the areas, crime control will support, could potentially create more unnecessary arrests. Broken windows policing: neighborhood disorder creates fear, neighborhoods give out crime-promoting signals, police need to aggressively target low-level quality of life crimes, rehabilitative justice perspective will support.
