1. Write three questions that this article raises about the institution of marriage.
What other issues would you like to see addressed, what didn't you
understand, why would anyone take an economics approach to marriage?
1. What could be some of the utilities that make you realize that being
married would be more beneficial than being single?
2. What utilities, in a marriage based on rational roots, determine that
getting a divorce is beneficial than continuing it? Are those utilities based
on just rational factors, or emotional as well?
3. What is the success rate of a Baccarin model or what is the scope of an
economic marriage? Is it more successful than love marriages (which I
believe have more of an emotional connection than a rational
connection)?
Nowadays, financial stability that guarantees durability is more important
than strong emotions of love or care to maintain a marriage. Like in
business, it is important to look at each detail of the investments or
decisions you make, the same way, in marriage you need to know whether
this investment into each other as a couple would benefit you or harm
you.
2. What types of business correspondence become part of the marriage bond
and how careful should you be in crafting the various ones?
A prenup would be a perfect example for a type of business correspondence for
marriage. The prenup should include things that list all the property each person
owns as well as any debts and specifies what each person's property rights will be
after the marriage.
3. In business, often he or she who controls capital makes the rules. Can the
same be said for marriage? Why or why not?
I believe that business works different from marriage. It is not necessary that the
one who earns the most also makes the decisions in marriage. Based on watching

Based on watching my own parents, my dad always earned more than my mom, but it was her who made the major decisions in my family. I believe that there is a certain type of mentality required to make decisions in a marriage. There are different aspects needed to be considered for instance, how will that decision affect their future as a couple or their kid"s future etc.
