Behavioral/ social factors such as trauma, abuse, neglect. People may discount their pain or routine needs so they do not get the same types of access to health care. Important that as they are aging they are getting screenings that everyone should be getting (mammograms etc) Executive function limitations that vary by etiology/ severity level.
