Pavlovian fear conditioning paradigms at age 3 predicted antisocial behavior 20 years later: treatment, medications, ect, neurosurgery, tms, cbt, schizophrenia, medications. Effectiveness: generally work well, significant improvement in mood usually takes several weeks, some individuals may not respond well or at all, suicidal individuals may need more immediate intervention, electroconvulsive therapy (ect)
