Air marshals are responsible for booking their own hotel, expenses, etc. (unlike flight attendants) Airports get the most attention out of tsa. If you don"t present yourself in the proper way to go through security, you can"t go on the plane. No - they"re not asking to search your goods with a warrant. Ex: weed in your bag - they can turn you in (no warrant to obtain it since they searched through your bag without a warrant) Another ex: you can"t carry ,000 around without bank paperwork (a. Sar) - they can obtain that since you waived your privacy letting them search your bag. The search aspect under tsa is constantly being under question with body pat downs and bag searches without warrants. Dogs have been proven to be more effective.
