Cuts back on not only the number of people, but the type of people: nicola sacco and bartolomeo vanzetti. Sacco was a security guard and a shoe cutter and labor organizer. In 1920 they are accused of murder and their evidence was shaky. All the police could go off of was eye witness. Convicted on their politics not so much their evidence. This is seen as a political trial.
