Assignments that are emailed will not be accepted. There are several reason for the rapid increase in the rate of obesity in all americans since the the. Two of the largest contributors to this increase, is the increase in inactivity of americans and the increased consumption of fast foods. Inactivity plays a large role in the accumulation of fat which then leads to the increase in obesity. Being active daily is a key factor in losing and maintaining your weight. For example, children usually play games, organized sports, swinging on swings or even playing hopscotch.
