Use : the ingestion of psychoactive drugs or substances in moderate amounts which do not interfere with functioning. Intoxication: reversible substance specific syndrome due to intake of a substance which interferes with functioning (fighting, impaired, judgment, slowed reflexes, etc. : longer half-life the longer the intoxication. Substance use disorders: problematic pattern of use. Substance withdrawal: cessation of substance, showing physical signs of cessation, you don"t have withdrawal ymptom from all ub tance . Tolerance: need for markedly increased amounts of the substance in order to achieve desired effect, markedly diminished effect with continued use of the same amount of the substance. Withdrawal: characteristic withdrawal syndrome of the substance. Use more, or for longer, than intended. Desire or failed attempts to cut down. Time spent to get substance: psychological aspect of it is cravings but the substance is out of your body for so long. Continued used despite knowing problems it causes.
