Organizational-activational hypothesis:a hormone can have organizing effect that prime the organism so that the hormone can activate behavior later in life. Every 4 days show behavior, male show everyday(tonic) (pig pic) Start with male offspring, befor 10 day do not do anything, later in develop remove gonads do not gave testosterone no mounting behavior, if give back testosterone mounting behavior show up. Only brain expose testerone just after birth will respond testerone, show mountain behaviors. Female brain will respond to estrogen by showing lordosis. As we are making testerone , the testosterone turn to 5dht, female need testosterone and aromatase to get estrogen. Testosterone need to convert to estradiol bind to estrogen receptor in order do mascular the brain, estradiol is male hormone. Fetoprotein work as a barrier prevent testosterone convert estradiol in mom body. Male: get sry y region from dad development testis-determining factor (tdf) secrete mif and testosterone , testosterone bind to androgen receptor keep wolffian duct alive,
