Purchase agricultural preservation easements that forever restrict development on prime farmland and woodland. Keeps arable land for food production available. Reduces loss of carbon storage to concrete. When all people at all times have access to sufficient, safe, nutritious food to maintain a healthy and active life . Food availability: food is available on a consistent basis. Food access: having sufficient resources to attain appropriate food for a nutritious diet. Food use: appropriate use of available use and adequate water and sanitation. Food stability: attain adequate and nutritious food on a consistent basis. 41 million americans that are food insecure.
