The inst201 midterm will be held on thursday, october 19. You will not be granted extra time to complete the exam unless you have a prior agreement with umd dss. You must complete the exam during this time unless you have a legitimate reason and discuss it with me before the exam. The midterm will include content covered during the first seven weeks of the semester. Questions will reflect the readings/assigned audio & video, the lectures, and class discussions. The format of the exam will include approximately 30 multiple choice and/or fill in the blank questions plus 3-5 short answer questions. The multiple choice questions will be completed on a scantron, so make sure you bring a pencil. The short answer questions will be completed on a sheet of paper provided with the exam. Cheating of any kind will not be tolerated.
