The various political and economic issues revolving around healthcare called for a higher quality of service from hospitals. However, with higher service quality often comes higher costs that are to be incurred. In order for nh hospital to avoid this, they adjusted staff salaries, increase the volume of procedures, and embraced the benefits of technology. One way that nh hospital reduced costs was by adjusting the salaries of the staff.
