Can"t stop someone for just carrying a gun where legally permitted. 4th amendment: right against unreasonable searches and seizures, curtilage seizure person or property curtilage immediate area around your house, protects you and your property from being searched. 5th amendment: due process, right against self-incrimination, protection against double jeopardy.
