Situational: low ses, negative neighborhood surrounding (violence, cant go outside to play and release energy) Family stressors: divorce or relationship stress, conflicting parenting views between guardians (maybe a mother and a grandmother, etc. , death in family (loss of caregiver, etc) Child: genetic predisposition, temperament makes them more energetic (conflicting with quiet or calm parents, comorbidity between disorders (internalizing symptoms, low self-esteem, language delay or other developmental delay that may cause frustration and leads to acting out) Improve parenting which creates a better model for child to look up to.
