Mere exposure effect the more exposed we are to a stimulus, the more likely we are to like it. Social allergy effect: one"s annoying habits will grow worse over time. Avoiding marrying children you were raised with may be an incest- avoiding mechanism. Just because you"re away from each other doesn"t mean they"re likely to breakup while they"re away.
