Ego syntonic traits: that"s just (cid:373)e- that"s (cid:449)ho i a(cid:373) Not necessarily the disorder- but the depression, anxiety, and the fact that they are not doing well in the world brings them to treatment. Anti-relationship pathologies: usually have a sense that they are contributing to their problems, have a sense that they have a role in their problems. Not like paranoid- they see their problems as caused by others: very distressed- nature of the disorder for borderline personality disorder. Antisocial/paranoid personality disorder are the least treatable. Anti-relationships hard to treat: they do(cid:374)"t (cid:449)a(cid:374)t relatio(cid:374)ships, can"t get close. Paranoid- can"t trust, projecting shit onto others and can"t have a good relationship with them.
