Taking notes is important because without recording anything, its not actually there. Were not going to learn anything unless you write it down so you can remember it and reflect. Observing is key- seeing and observing are not the same thing. By writing things down you can observe more. Start with observations then go to analysis not the other way around. Work from a position of ignorance- and observe everything. The age of caring more about alcohol than safety. Only very shallow people don"t judge by appearances oscar wilde.
