When you introduce a bill in house, must write where in the constitution it says they have the power to make law. House and senate have equal power to making laws. Senate approves federal court judges appointed by president, figured senators would have better judgement. Senate must approve treaties by president, he does not have to ask house. House- revenue bills introduced in house first, senate cannot make taxing or spending bill on their own. Senate more diverse, not representative of the people. House and senate organized everything around party affiliation.
