Flag is an object- views come with our flag. When someone takes over a school, the first thing they address is culture to the members of the community. Culture is variant, not all will be uniform. Sense of solidarity here going along with the meanings. Ideal culture:in this country, there has been a constant in our nation"s values. Real culture: the actual truth about our society. We have equality for all it does not exist in the ideal manner that it should. There is a cultural inconsistency between these two concepts.
