A lot of reform otherwise will be superficial, ignore the real issues. A lot of money injected, but dismal results. Meaning of american can mean just white to some. Is your nationality just japanese or just american or just chinese, etc . Can you be proud of all your identities. Is american just the us or the whole continent. What does it mean to be american: where you"re born, where you"re raised, where you have citizenship? o. Can it just be about what you feel or do you have to consider others.
