Binuclear: stepmother, stepfather, step sister, step brother. Family of choice: a family created by a group you decide is your true family. Starts working together to serve as a whole. The behavior of one affects the whole. When people who do work together, don"t actually talk and work on things together. When people work together it"s better than individual work. Members who feel disrespected or not included. Formal roles: titles, tasks are not laid out. Informal roles: person can put themselves as the social role jokester. Social roles: in group, 1 or 2 people may just want to sit there and not talk.
