If you aren"t smart enough to vote we are taking that away from you . Primarily middle classes trying to do something about the situation in the united states. Professional associations being created at this time. Lawyers did not have to go to school not uniform requirements. Doctors also had new standards in medical schools created. People during progressivism started to rethink this mentality. Themes= legislation being pushed tend to fall under 1 of 4 themes in this era.
