Then the question becomes, if we push the idea that a juvenile is radically different from an adult, then we have a somewhat different or radically different criminal process. Do jueniels somehow, because they are juveniles, differ form adults in this respect, if so, how do we justify that, and if so, how far do we want to push that. What"s a ju(cid:448)e(cid:374)ile? a(cid:374)d o(cid:374)(cid:272)e (cid:449)e defi(cid:374)e that te(cid:396)(cid:373), ho(cid:449) does that shape ho(cid:449) (cid:449)e thi(cid:374)k a(cid:271)out h(cid:449)o la(cid:449)s violence should or should not be visited upon individuals in that category.
