Ketogenic diet and performance: 21 male world class race walkers, 3 weeks on diets & intensified training, high cho diet, 8. 6/kg/d carb, 1. 2g/kg/d fat, 2. 1 g/kg/d protein, cho cycling, periodized between high and low cho diets.
