It"s harder for citizens to be involved in the democracy because they can"t see their actions truly come to life. Voices get lost when the government gets too big. Citizens have little influence of what"s going on. Lesser of two evils (two party system) Interest of the individuals don"t always align with interests of the public. American interest are too hung up on accumulation of wealth rather than public interest/ what"s good for the country as a whole. Divide up the state into smaller towns/ counties.
