What"s outside the scope of this class: intuiive knowledge, something we feel, an authority igure we trust; we can difer to the things they say. In the scope of science: empiricism- observing what people do (a study, watching a video), seeing evidence with your own eyes. Raionalism: can i think of a logical explanaion, it might make me more inclined to believe it. Scieniic knowledge combines empiricism and raionalism (theory-data cycle); we do not consider intuiion or authority reliable on a scieniic basis.
