Break-ups often start, but are put off till later: person being broken up with might not even understand what"s happening or recognize they"re being broken up with. Is it okay to break up with a text message: no, though there are multiple mediums to break up with someone. Media switching using different mediums to communicate or break up with someone. The medium in which a break up is done is just as important as particular worlds that are said and how exactly they"re expressed. Break up can be more or less effective depending on which medium is used. Texting is somewhat intimate because you"re reaching a person: but also too compact and informal for something so important.
