By 1998, there were coed gangs and females could be leaders. First gang to use internet is skin heads. 1900 to 1970s: hispanic street gangs develop a certain personality. Around 2000, you had to take each case individually and couldn"t think walk like a duck, talk like a duck, you"re a duck . All street gangs and all prison gangs are involved in home invasion robberies: some are arson, firebomb specialists, dope sales, counterfeit. Base burns you 3 or 4 hours later with a caustic burn.
