Allows us to understand the criminal justice system from many perspectives. If they"re innocent why are they here in handcuffs?- prevailing wisdom in lock-up. Some of the deputies are a little too eager to do unto others; the only justice is at the end of a good right punch. Every now and then certain prisoners require a little positive reinforcement. We get the dregs of humanity, if these people moved in next door to you your lawn would die. 2/3 go back to jail to await trial. Bond judge throws out less than 1 in 100 cases. Financial eligibility (a) persons shall be eligible for public defender=s assistance or other available indigent defense services if they fall within the following maximum income levels: Family size household gross annual income1 gross monthly income2. 8 (b) the judge before whom such applicant is appearing must also take into considerations.
