Pointing to the society/community part of the country. In europe they do not know what to do with people coming in - are they refugees, illegal, etc. There is a shortage of young people in europe and they desperately need more young people. Europe is in trouble because it is afraid to change its society because their ethnic identity will change. If too many turks come into the county the german values will go down. the issue is the ethnic identity of the nation: national identity, nationalism, citizenship, identity: ethnic and national. Your social identity answers both of those questions at the same time. Who are you and which characteristic do you think about when deciding who is part of. Us : sex or gender, race or ethnicity, religion, state or region, country, social position. You ask all these things to figure out who they are.
