Better at diagnosing or is the world just become a piece of shit. Depression and substance abuse- to make yourself feel better. Depressed mood. - normal everyone can feels really sad. Depressive syndromes - to internalizing problems together, intensifies, like if you have depression and anxiety. Emotional-flat and negative= apathetic, irritability, no emotion, mad. Motivational- suicidal, loss interest in activities, hurting yourself. Psychical- don"t eat or eat to much , can"t sleep or sleep all the time all the time. Never symptom-free for more than 2 months- but have to feel this way for more than a year. At least to of the following- a lot of stuff. Cant go to class im doing bad in class. My parents are yelling at me all the time. Not able to communicate what they are feeling, other things may be going on. It is a stressful time- time of storm and stress.
