Peer reviewing: before article is published other scientists look at it basically make sure some stupid teenagers didn"t write it. Study replication: other scientists can copy it and get similar results. Operational definitions: precise descriptions of research variables and procedures used to measure them. Studies case individual history and behavior in. Pro: a lot of info, suggest more experiments. Con: might not relate to general population, time consuming, no useful info. Go into their natural environment to observe.
