Step 4: develop alternative actions or solutions to better account for this disease not only about poverty but also the effect of good health. Step 5: health education, health resources, vaccination knowledge and more civilian input. Step 6: develop a plan to approach communities in different areas about health and education: the health of the poor in mexico. Approximately 40-50% of the population of 103 million in mexico live below the poverty line; 15-20% of the population live in poverty.
