Replicate by binary fission/cell division, but do not mistake with mitosis. Complex internal structures with membranous and non-membranous components. Membranous organelles: nucleus, endoplasmic reticulum, golgi apparatus, mitochondria, lysosomes (not found in plant cells), and peroxisomes. Chloroplasts, plastids, and vacuoles are only in plant cells, not animal.
