Section 1: Reflection on Genre
●Discussion about what you have learned about your genre, a reflective discussion of what
you learned that you didn’t already know at the beginning of the semester
Did you learn anything about you genre that you didn’t expect? If so, what?
●Do you know/understand more about your genre now? What sorts of things did you
learn?
●Did you learn anything particular interesting about how your genre was invented or used?
●Did you learn anything interesting about how your genre was made?
●If you already knew it all...replace all these questions with what do you know about your
genre
Section 2:
Go back to your rubric you made for MA 3: Do the following:
●Grade your Genre Product using the rubric you made
●Discuss what you think you could have done to improve your Genre Product
●This is not meant to highlight any failures on your part. We all face challenges when
creating texts.
