Test a large population sample from a community setting (education, work, recreational, etc. ) for one or multiple diseases or risk factors. Minimal or no direct financial cost to the patient. Disease: management to reduce mortality, to prevent complications/sequelae, to eradicate and prevent spread of infection, diet and lifestyle change.
