Document Summary

Structure of galaxy depend on how they interact with each other. Sun is 1 parsec from the nearest star without things in between. But galaxies are big and not very far from neighbors, so more likely to collide. (cid:28629)(cid:28680)(cid:28679) (cid:28666)a(cid:28678) (cid:28662)(cid:28674)(cid:28671)(cid:28671)(cid:28668)(cid:28663)(cid:28664) a(cid:28673)(cid:28663) (cid:28674)(cid:28665)(cid:28679)(cid:28664)(cid:28673) (cid:28665)(cid:28674)(cid:28677)(cid:28672) (cid:28678)(cid:28679)a(cid:28677)(cid:28678): star burst. Active: high galactic collision about 3 billlion years from big bang. The quasar blow gas out, so we are left with little gas at the end phase of merging process. Gas either was converted to stars, or was blown out. Compress form stars: supernova, also blow out gas. Center is forming stars, blue is gas blown out by supernovae actions. Big spiral and small galaxy: the big one eats the small one, miner mergers leave disks intact, start building up the halo. Irregular---small ones merge with each other, building up disks and stars, weak.
