Two problems arise every time: defining exception. It changes what is allowed and not allowed: cost/benefit analysis. Need to look at potential negatives and positives. Ex: negative, sex: objectifies women, gives negative thought about them, harmful to kids. Ex: positive, sex: we wouldn"t ne here without sex. So much money spent on ads because it works and its effective. Ads pay for half of magazines and newspapers.
