Philosophical behaviorists, were skeptics of the mind. Believe behavior is the only real thing, mental state is denied. Internal state of the machine is casually influenced by (among other things) external stimuli, such as clouds. Thhis influence is mediated by the (afferent ) motor pathways. The internal state of machine also casually influences (verbal and non verbal ) behavioe.
